At the Triathlon Akademie, we know that properly controlled training loads, perfected technique, sport-specific diet and mental strength will always result in performance improvement. Therefore, coaching athletes to improve in these areas is the goal of all our seminars, camps and individual training support.
Individualized coaching is important to us. The groups at our seminars and camps are very small, so that each participant will receive personal attention and analysis.
We have spent years perfecting training methods both from our own experiences and from reading professional sports science research material. We know what works and what does not. We will teach you how to begin to achieve your athletic potential.
We work closely with our partners and conduct regular staff training to ensure all coaches' knowledge is up-to-date and in-depth.
Sport is performance. Sport is a passion. Sport is a sense of achievement. Sport means to "do more than you think is possible." We'll help you all to experience and achieve your athletic goals.
My philosophy is to achieve the joy of a goal through hard work.
My core values are fairness, justice and honesty.
Because of these values, I've always been committed to the equal treatment of men and women in and outside of sports, I support taking action for a good cause, especially in the defense of children and minorities.
I detest injustices and the abuse of others by a person in a position of power. In the future I want a society in which we treat each other with respect, honesty and friendliness.
Triathlon is not just a sport and profession for me, but my life. I love the sport, the training and the racing. I have always enjoyed it.
Because of my love for the sport, motivation has never been a problem for me. I set myself a goal and want to achieve it. At the finish I want to be able to say to myself: "I gave it my all!" and then I can be satisfied.
Sport is looking for challenges. Triathlon means never give up. Triathlon is everything to give. Triathlon means making the impossible possible. Triathlon is reaching the goal.
